My Approach
We begin with your experience—not a predetermined method—exploring what may be connected and working at a depth that feels right for you.
More Than the Problem in Front of You
I don't see you as a problem to be fixed, and I don't assume that the challenge bringing you to coaching tells the whole story.
A change in one part of life can affect many others. Relationship difficulties may influence your health and energy. Career changes can challenge identity and purpose. Emotional patterns or beliefs may appear across very different situations. And sometimes what begins as a practical challenge opens into deeper questions about meaning, connection, or who you really are.
Together, we become curious about the whole of your experience — without assuming in advance where the answer will be found.
The goal isn't to make every part of life perfect. It's to understand what may be connected and support greater awareness, connection, alignment, and coherence in the way you live.

Domains, Dimensions & Layers
I think about our work through three complementary perspectives.
Life domains are the areas in which life unfolds—such as health, relationships, family, work, finances, home, personal growth, recreation, and meaning or purpose.
Dimensions of experience describe how something is being experienced: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Energetic experience may also be explored when it is meaningful to you.
Layers refer to the different depths at which patterns may be explored. Sometimes the relevant work is conscious and practical. At other times, beliefs, subconscious patterns, earlier experiences, or deeper personal and transpersonal material may become meaningful.
We don't need to explore every domain, dimension, or layer. They simply give us different ways of understanding what may be connected.

Choosing the Approach That Fits You
I don't believe you should have to choose a technique before we understand what you are experiencing.
The methods I use are resources within the coaching process. Which ones we draw upon depends on your needs, preferences, worldview, and what emerges through our work.
PSYCH-K®
An experiential approach I use to explore and work with subconscious beliefs and patterns when these appear relevant to what you want to change.
Regression Work
A guided approach that can explore earlier experiences, imagery, or deeper material that may be connected to present-day patterns. I approach regression as exploratory rather than as a way to establish objective historical facts.
Aura Surgery
An energetic practice that works with the client's subjective experience of the subtle or energetic dimension. I use it when this kind of work resonates with the client and as a complementary part of an integrative process—not as medical diagnosis or treatment.

HeartMath®
Practices that use breathing, attention, and heart-rate variability biofeedback to support self-regulation, stress resilience, and greater awareness of your internal state.
Coaching Inquiry & Reflection
Conversation, observation, questioning, values exploration, practical reflection, and other coaching methods remain central throughout the process.
Other approaches may also inform the work where appropriate. No single method defines the work. What matters is whether an approach is meaningful and useful for you.
Inner Work & Everyday Life Belong Together
Insight can be meaningful, but change also involves how we live.
Together, we explore what our discoveries mean for your relationships, choices, boundaries, habits, and next steps.
Sometimes this leads to outward action — a conversation, decision, or practical change. Other times, it involves greater acceptance, a shift in perspective, or reconnecting with yourself.
The aim isn't constant self-improvement. It's greater coherence between what you understand, what matters to you, and how you live.
Love, Beginning With Yourself
One of the deepest intentions behind my work is simple: to help people love themselves more.
For me, self-love isn't about positive thinking, avoiding difficult truths, or convincing yourself that everything is okay. It's about learning to meet yourself with greater compassion, acceptance, honesty, and care — even the parts of yourself you may have judged, rejected, or learned to hide.
As the relationship with yourself changes, so can the way you care for your body, make choices, set boundaries, relate to other people, and move through the world.
I believe that when we learn to love ourselves more deeply, that love doesn't stop with us. It can ripple outward into how we treat one another, other living beings, and the Earth we share.
Space for Spiritual & Energetic Exploration
Spirituality, meaning, intuition, consciousness, or energetic experience may be part of how you understand yourself and your life. When these dimensions are meaningful to you, there is room to bring them into our work.
That might include exploring questions of purpose, deeper connection, spiritual experience, energetic awareness, or other aspects of your experience that don't fit neatly within a purely rational or psychological framework.
Nothing is imposed. Your worldview, comfort level, and consent always matter, and you remain free to decide how deeply you want to explore.
You Remain the Authority
My role is not to tell you who you are, what you should believe, or which answer is right for you.
I bring perspective, questions, experience, and methods. You bring your life, your values, and your own inner sense of what is meaningful. We work together to understand what is happening, recognize connections, and explore what direction feels coherent for you.
You decide what resonates, what doesn't, and what you want to explore further.
